Digital Products
All digital products including Excel templates, design files, and downloadable resources are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased and delivered, as these are intangible goods delivered electronically.
Services
For services such as website design, graphic design, SEO, or digital marketing:
- Cancellations are allowed only before work has started
- Once the project has started, no refund will be provided
- Any advance paid is non-refundable once work begins
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in case of:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error from our end
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
